Need help building your systems?

I build infrastructure from scratch: from an empty cloud account to a platform with pipelines, security gates, observability and a cost model you can price from.

  1. Infrastructure from scratch

    A cloud account, a repo and an idea in; networks, environments, IaC, pipelines and a runbook out. Azure or AWS, Terraform or ARM.

  2. LLM and agent platforms

    Model routing across providers, prompt caching, MCP servers, local model hosting with real VRAM numbers, and cost attribution per user.

  3. Security hardening

    Threat model, secrets in a vault, SAST and DAST in CI, VPN or Tailscale for private access, and preparation for assessments like CASA.

  4. Observability and cost

    OpenTelemetry traces, Prometheus and Grafana dashboards, load tests that find tail latency, and a cost model you can price from.

  5. Rescue and audit

    Slow API, surprise bill, flaky deploys. I find the cause, fix it, and leave the checks in place so it stays fixed.

  6. The product on top

    React, Node.js and FastAPI when the platform also needs a console, a dashboard or the app itself.

    Thirty minutes on what you are building, who uses it and what must never leak.

  2. Boundary

    A written plan: assets, trust boundaries, environments, costs and what I will build first.

  3. Build

    Infrastructure as code, pipelines with security gates, observability, all in your accounts and your repo.

  4. Handover

    Runbooks, dashboards and a walkthrough, so your team owns it the day I leave.
